Durant’s All-Star charity game was a huge success on Sunday. Beasley is not quite ready to host such events.

In need of an NBA fix? KEVIN DURANT and his NBA buddies provided one Sunday in OKC with KD’s All-Star charity classic. LEBRON JAMES, CHRIS PAUL, CARMELO ANTHONY, RUSSELL WESTBROOK, JAMES HARDEN and MICHAEL BEASLEY were just a few of the heads that participated in the event. Checkout the Top Ten plays from the game:

Over 13,000 fans packed Cox Arena in Oklahoma City to watch some of the NBA’s best do what they do best.

Chris Paul is just a wizard with the basketball…dude will embarrass you with his dribble 4real-4real. Westbrook?? That dude is a straight UPS delivery on the hardwood, you kidding me? Then there’s LeBron. King James rules games like this…just don’t make it really, really count. LeBron’s game is money…just not quite a buck. That fourth quarter is missing.

Durant dropped a triple-double (42 pts, 26 rebs, 11 asts) as his white team won, 176-171 in OT. Quiet as it’s kept, Beasley dropped a game-high 56. Bease is great at being a participant at these charity events…not so much as an organizer of them himself. His reputation preceded him in his attempt at putting together his own charity event. Hardly anybody showed up.

That’s what happens when you don’t show the star power you’re supposed to have. I’m just sayin’.
