Roc Carmichael and the “Bless All People” movement provided a holiday meal for the less fortunate in D.C.

RASHAD “ROC” CARMICHAEL is a first-year cornerback for the Houston Texans currently on injured reserve. But yesterday on Thanksgiving, Carmichael became a first-rate star as he and his B.A.P. cohorts provided Thanksgiving dinner for the homeless women of Washington D.C. Check it out…

B.A.P. (“Bless All People”) seems to be a urban youth movement born out of the D.C., Maryland, Virginia area from which Carmichael went to college (Virgina Tech). Former East Carolina standout and NFL hopeful Giavanni Ruffin (Sept 3 SSC post) is also down with B.A.P., as we all should be. For real, for real.

Nice Thanksgiving gesture by Carmichael and his crew. Don’t be preoccupied with B.A.P.’s irrelevant exterior so much that you overlook the depth and quality of their interior. How many senators, congressman and Wall Street types would do such a thing on Turkey Day? I’m just sayin’…

Bless All Peeps.
