Andrew McCutchen perceives his strength as being attributed to his long locks…and has no plans on cutting them.

Pittsburgh Pirates star outfielder ANDREW MCCUTCHEN is in the midst of a hair crush with his dreadlocks. In the Steel City, McCutchen’s dreads have become sort of a cult icon for the center fielder and he doesn’t intend on cutting them anytime soon. So that means high maintenance of his hair and scalp. Here, McCutchen takes us through his four-step tune-up process…

Got a little hair-itage lesson here. I didn’t know the word “dreadlocks” had that type of stigma to it although I am fully aware of the stereotype attached to wearing them.
McCutchen obviously has sort of a Sampson-strength thingy going on with his hair. If he believes that’s his secret to clobbering baseballs, more power to him.
I mean, Cutch does seem to have his slugging game on lock.
