Cavs guard Booby Gibson will star with wife Keyshia Cole and family in BET’s new reality series this fall.

It appears singer-songstress KEYSHIA COLE will try her hand at another reality TV series and this time, it will feature her 2-year old son Daniel, Jr. and NBA hubby, DANIEL “BOOBY” GIBSON. According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the tentative name of the couple’s new show to air on BET network will be entitled, “Keyshia Cole: Family First.”

The six-part series, which is tentatively scheduled to premiere this fall, will chronicle Cole’s everyday life as a wife, mother, daughter, sister, singer and entrepreneur as she works on her next album release.

Keyshia began her reality show stint in 2006 with the BET hit, “The Way It Is” which featured Cole’s drama mama Frankie and boisterous sister Neffe which ran for two years on the network. The new series is seen as a ploy to help generate publicity for Cole’s new album project since her last CD, “Calling All Hearts” produced no hit songs and little success in 2010.

Who saw this coming? After E’s “Khloe & Lamar” (which btw is going off the air), it was only a matter of time before copycat BET (or BIT—Black Imitation Television) would attempt to duplicate the Kardashians with a show about Booby Gibson and Keyshia Cole’s life and marriage.

Still waiting for Shannon Brown and Monica to get into the act. You know they got next, right??
