The NY Giants’ SB rings are made of white gold surrounded by 37 Big Blue sapphires on the outer edge.

On Wednesday, the World Champion New York Giants received their Super Bowl XLVI rings during a small ceremony in Manhattan. The ring’s concept pays homage to all four Giants’ championships by featuring four iconic Lombardi trophies surrounding the Giants’ logo. The top of the ring includes 37 blue sapphires…

Tiffany & Co., which designed the rings, received input from several Giants sources in conceptualizing the bling including Giants ownership, team captains Eli Manning and Justin Tuck, head coach Tom Coughlin and several others.

The blue sapphire design gives the ring a distinctive look from previous Giants title rings.

“The blue makes it a little different,” Manning said in the statement. “We wanted some blue — the Giants are Big Blue. We definitely wanted to get a little blue to spark it up a little bit.”

Folks who the deal know I’m a little blue myself over having to post this story.

But, hey…to the victor goes the spoils.
