Police maintain Adrian Peterson was drunk and rowdy at the club which led to his arrest. AD says that is a lie.
TMZ has obtained video footage—albeit grainy footage—of ADRIAN PETERSON’S arrest in Houston over the weekend…
The woman that shot the video captures Peterson being escorted out of the club by police as several party goers watch. She told TMZ she thought the cops were being overly aggressive with the NFL star.
Police and club manager Daniel Maher maintain that Peterson was quite drunk and that his drinking led to the altercation with off duty cops and his subsequent arrest. Peterson says that is a lie, that he was ordering water from the bar not alcohol. AD even tweeted a quote from Winston Churchill to drive home his stance on the matter on his Twitter account:

I certainly hope so because something ain’t right. Somebody’s not telling the whole story.
