Scandrick and the Cowboys got the last word Sunday over the mouthy Giants, who lost their cool and the game.

Dallas Cowboys cornerback ORLANDO SCANDRICK and his teammates took note of the trash talk coming out of the Giants locker room last week as they “guaranteed” a victory over Dallas at home. After the Cowboys punk-slapped the Giants, 24-21 putting their playoffs hopes on life support Sunday, Scandrick finally had his say.

“[Giants defensive end] Jason Pierre-Paul was like, ‘There will be bloodshed.’ C’mon, man,” Scandrick told the New York Post. “Did he even have a stat on the final stat sheet?”

Pierre-Paul did have one tackle but he and his Giants teammates thought they could talk their way into a division tie with the Cowboys at the Meadowlands. But Scandrick and the Cowboys weren’t having it.

“Never in my life have I heard a 4-6 team talk like that. Talk, talk, talk. We had a better record and didn’t talk.”

Scandrick even went after Giants head coach Tom Coughlin for allowing the madness.

“They have a great coach,” Scandrick said. “I don’t have any earthly idea why he let them talk like that.”

Neither do I. You would think the Giants midgets would know better. Talk will always and forever be cheap.

But it’s cool. Now Coughlin and his team can chat about being 4-7 and out of the playoff picture. Converse on that.
