Minnesota Vickings: Peterson thinks Michael Vick will make his team instant contenders in the NFC North.

The Minnesota Vikings desperately need a quarterback and resident superstar ADRIAN PETERSON knows exactly which one will make his club a playoff team again: MICHAEL VICK. Answering a question posed by NFL Network on which team would the free agent-to-be QB instantly make a playoff contender, Peterson unanimously chose Vick:

New Vikings head coach Mike Zimmer says the team will be looking at several free agent signal callers this off season including Josh Freeman and Matt Cassell, especially with incumbent QB Christian Ponder being such a disappointment.

I feel AP on the Vick endorsement. Mike would definitely make the Vikings better. Question is, can the 33-year old (34 when the season starts) stay healthy. Dude hasn’t played a full NFL season since 2006.
